We recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during peak event seasons. That said, reach out anytime. We do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when our calendar allows.

We're based in the greater Boston area and travel up to 50 miles at no additional cost. For events beyond that, we add a custom travel fee based on distance and timing. Destination events are welcome. Reach out and we'll talk through the details.

Space for a standard 6-foot table and access to a standard power outlet is all we need. We'll bring everything else and handle setup and breakdown ourselves.
